We manufacture grey cast iron castings in fully machined condition, ranging from 5 kg to 250 kg. Our advanced foundry infrastructure and process capabilities support a strong production capacity of 4000 tons/month, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.
With a dedicated team of 1500+ skilled employees and modern manufacturing infrastructure, we deliver more than 1.1 lakh cylinder heads per month across domestic and global markets. Our products are widely used in agriculture, automotive, marine, transportation, and power generation sectors.

It takes a lot of courage to travel all alone on a vision and vision to make it come true. Mr. Ramjibhai Patel being one of them knows what it takes to build something from the scratch. Born on 30th November’1944, in a small village of Rajkot, Gujarat with basic educational qualifications started a small business of manufacturing diesel engine components in 1973. He gained initial experience in such arena by working in a diesel engine manufacturing factory and then in his late 20’s he started his own business along with his brothers in the same field.
“Varun Group Of Companies” is the only group of companies providing casting and fully machined cylinder heads along with quality assurance under one roof in Gujarat. And is currently working on extending It's Casting and Machine shop along With it's current projects.
The man right now is directing his son - Mr. Suresh Patel, his cousin brothers, and grandsons with his wisdom and vision to take the business forward in accordance with the growing market.
