Key Responsibilities:
Supervise furnace and melting operations during shift
Monitor metal composition, temperature, and pouring process
Ensure charge mix preparation as per production requirement
Control melting loss and improve furnace efficiency
Coordinate with moulding and quality departments
Maintain production records and heat reports
Ensure safety practices during furnace operations
Handle manpower and shift activities effectively
